We're hiring a Reviews Specialist to help homeowners share their positive experiences by turning great conversations into 5-star Google reviews.

If you're energetic, persuasive, and love building rapport over the phone, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Call homeowners after their roofing appointment to gather feedback.
• Encourage satisfied customers to leave Google reviews.
• Resolve concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
• Record call outcomes and update the CRM accurately.
• Help improve our online reputation through exceptional customer interactions.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and a natural, confident phone presence.
• Experience in outbound calling, appointment setting, customer service, collections, or phone sales.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
• Friendly, positive, and resilient—you stay motivated even after hearing "no."
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Reliable internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) and a quiet workspace.

10:30 AM – 7:30 PM Eastern Time

Compensation

💰 On-Target Earnings: $2,000 Base –$1,000 Performance Bonus/month

This position offers a base compensation plus performance-based bonuses. Your total monthly earnings depend on your results, including the number and quality of Google reviews generated. Top performers who consistently meet or exceed their targets can expect to earn between $2,000 and $3,000 per month.
