We're BlueCat—a Great Place to Work for good reason. Our team solves critical network challenges for some of the world's largest organizations. In simple terms, we manage the systems that keep networks running smoothly, securely, and reliably—the backbone infrastructure that powers digital transformation for enterprises globally. Our Intelligent Network Operations platform delivers and enables AI-driven agentic ops at scale, automating and simplifying how companies manage, secure, and optimize their networks.

But what makes us different is how we work: we believe great work happens in an environment where you're trusted, heard, and supported. With teams globally, we're building a workplace culture that values collaboration and integrity as much as innovation. If you're looking to advance your career with a company that invests in its people, this is it.

We are seeking a RevOps Process Architect to define how our go-to-market engine should work and to make it ready for automation and AI. Reporting to the SVP, Revenue Operations, you will design the future-state processes, operating frameworks, and data standards that span Sales, Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, Renewals, Finance, and Professional Services, and translate them into implementation-ready requirements for our GTM Systems team.

Responsibilities
• Simplify, define, and document future-state processes across the revenue lifecycle before automating, with clear ownership, decision rules, and SLAs
• Own the process and knowledge library, structured so people and AI tools and agents can rely on it
• Define data standards and governance to resolve data integrity issues, and simplify CRM objects, fields, and tools across a complex GTM stack
• Identify and prioritize AI and automation opportunities, and design AI-ready workflows with human checkpoints and governance, building the foundation for a future GTM engineering function
• Define how customer and conversational data from sales and engagement tools flows into the CRM to power insights, reporting, and risk visibility
• Write business requirements and acceptance criteria for Salesforce, CPQ, and GTM tools, and support UAT and rollout
• Guide platform and tool evolution toward simplification, favoring out-of-the-box capabilities, and support tool rationalization across the GTM stack
• Define the intake and prioritization framework for process and system changes, design cross-functional changes, and drive adoption with Enablement
• Define KPIs with Analytics and monitor process performance and data quality
• Align senior stakeholders and drive change without direct authority
Qualifications
• 6–10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems in a B2B SaaS company
• Track record of designing cross-functional GTM processes that were adopted and measured
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and CPQ, and the ability to write requirements that admins and developers can build from
• Hands-on experience applying AI or automation to GTM workflows
• Experience with data governance and process modeling (e.g., swim-lane, BPMN, RACI)
• Familiarity with the GTM tech stack and how data moves between systems
• Strong project and change management skills; comfortable influencing teams through change in a complex, fast-moving environment
• Strong facilitation, documentation, and change management skills
• Preferred: Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or CPQ certification; interest in growing toward GTM engineering and AI agent development
This position offers a salary range of $160,000 - $185,000 USD per year plus participation in a discretionary bonus plan. Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and qualifications. The role is for an existing vacancy.
