Reward Analyst

London | Hybrid working | 1 Year FTC | £55,000–£60,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a leading global professional services organisation to appoint a Reward Analyst on a 12 month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and collaborative Reward team during a period of significant organisational change and increased alignment across the international business. The successful individual will support a broad range of compensation activity, including the annual salary and bonus review process, benchmarking, data analysis and wider Reward projects.

Combining detailed analytical work with stakeholder interaction across a complex international organisation, the role offers meaningful exposure and the opportunity to make an immediate contribution within a supportive team environment.

About the role

This is a hands-on Reward Analyst position supporting the delivery of core compensation activity across an international employee population. A key focus will be supporting the organisation’s annual Reward review process.

Working closely with the Senior Reward Manager, Global Head of Reward and wider Reward team, the successful individual will provide accurate analysis, modelling and insight while helping to ensure key processes are delivered efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the delivery of the annual salary and bonus review process.
  • Producing Reward and compensation analysis, modelling and reporting to support business decisions.
  • Supporting market benchmarking activity and external salary survey submissions.
  • Assisting with salary structures, job evaluation and gender pay analysis.
  • Interrogating Reward data, identifying trends and presenting clear, accurate findings.
  • Working with stakeholders across the organisation to gather information and resolve queries.
  • Supporting wider compensation and Reward projects as required.
  • Helping to improve processes and maintain accurate Reward data and documentation.

About you

We are keen to hear from analytical and personable Reward professionals who are comfortable working with detailed data and taking ownership of their work. This role could suit an established Reward Analyst who can quickly add value, or an earlier-career professional with relevant compensation experience, strong numerical capability and the potential to develop further.

You will ideally bring:

  • Experience within Reward, compensation, salary review, bonus review or a closely related analytical role.
  • Strong numerical and analytical capability, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience of benchmarking, compensation modelling, data analysis or market survey activity.
  • The confidence to use initiative, ask sensible questions and find information independently.
  • A collaborative, approachable working style and the ability to build relationships beyond the immediate Reward team.
  • Experience within a large, international or matrix organisation.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities during busy Reward cycles.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.

While experience within professional services or the legal sector would be advantageous, it is not essential. We are very open to candidates from a broad range of sectors who bring international exposure, strong analytical capability and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Why apply?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded international organisation, working alongside an experienced and collegiate team. You will gain exposure to a broad range of compensation activity, build relationships across a complex global business and make a visible contribution during an important period of organisational change.

The position would suit someone who enjoys detailed analytical work, takes pride in reliable delivery and values the opportunity to work within a supportive team while engaging with stakeholders across a global business.
