Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:

Rewards Administration Process Specialist with Spanish

Location: Łódź, Poland - hybrid work

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and reconcile merit-cycle inputs, bonus or STI data, executive-compensation transactions and benefits-spend information.
• Quality-check benefits, compensation, pension, mobility and job-architecture records.
• Audit total rewards program data against approved COE guidance and resolve administrative exceptions.
• Prepare compensation benchmark datasets and statutory or management reports
• Coordinate complex mobility cases, relocation services, immigration documentation and compliance-deadline tracking.
• Support global mobility steering activities, assignment administration, vendor follow-up, invoicing and cost charging.
• Resolve complex employee rewards inquiries
• Coach associates, maintain SOPs and monitor service levels, cycle readiness and data quality.

Requirements:

• Between 1– 4 years of rewards operations experience, including compensation-cycle, benefits, mobility, pensions or data-quality responsibilities.
• Graduate degree or equivalent practical experience; HR, finance, business or analytics discipline preferred
• Strong knowledge of rewards administration and cycle controls
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors / HCM, relevant SuccessFactors modules, HR4You (ServiceNow HRSD), Microsoft Office and reporting tools
• Experience reconciling compensation data, producing reports and coordinating complex mobility or benefit cases
• Knowledge of restricted-access data, segregation of duties and audit requirements
• Strong analytical and stakeholder-management skills
• Fluency in Spanish and English (min C1 level)
