Qnity Electronics is a fast-growing provider of advanced EMI shielding and thermal management solutions. We work with leading technology companies to solve difficult electromagnetic compatibility (EMC), RF performance, and thermal challenges in next-generation electronic systems.
We are seeking an RF Lab & Field Applications Engineer who enjoys hands-on engineering, customer interaction, laboratory experimentation, and simulation-based problem solving.
What You'll Do
- Partner directly with customers to diagnose and solve EMI, EMC, RF, signal integrity, and thermal issues.
- Design and conduct laboratory experiments using RF test equipment including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering teams to develop innovative solutions and influence future product development.
What We're Looking For
Required
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, RF Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of electromagnetics, RF systems, and EMI/EMC fundamentals.
- Experience with RF measurement equipment and laboratory testing.

Travel/Workplace:This position follows a hybrid work arrangement and requires regular travel to customer sites. In addition to customer-facing activities, the role includes hands-on laboratory work conducted at our Sunnyvale, CA and/or Carlsbad, CA facilities.
