We are looking for a RF System Project Engineer to perform the following activities: Design and development of electronic assemblies and microwave circuits. Preparation of technical documentation related to project development. Design validation through testing of prototype units. Troubleshooting, resolution, and obsolescence management for established products. What are we looking for in you? Experience and competencies Master's Degree in Electronic Engineering with a specialization in Microwave Engineering. 2 + years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of microwave circuit matching techniques and filter synthesis. Experience in the design and testing of microwave circuits using the following technologies: MMIC, hybrid technologies (printed circuit boards, thin-film, etc.), and waveguide. Knowledge of RF solid-state devices (particularly GaN technology) and waveguide RF components. Proficiency in simulation software such as ADS, CST, or equivalent, and modeling tools such as MATLAB or equivalent. Proficiency in schematic capture tools such as OrCAD or equivalent. Hands-on experience with RF test and measurement equipment, including spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers (VNA), oscilloscopes, power meters, waveform generators, and related instrumentation. Ability to analyze technical requirements and produce technical documentation in accordance with international standards and specifications. Proficiency in office productivity software (Microsoft Office or equivalent) and Microsoft Project. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally. Soft skills: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Languages: Italian (Fluent) English (fluent, oral and written) Why would you take the plunge?
