Project Information Project Name: Digital Shared Services Role: Testing and Quality Assurance Analyst Project Description: Digital Health, a Shared Health service, will facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector. Work Location: Services will be performed via remote access. Services shall not be performed remotely from outside of Canada. Full/Part Time: One Full Time Individual Resource PHI & PHIA: As part of the Services under this RFR, the Pre-Qualified Proponent and/or Resource: will OR will not have custody or control of Personal Health Information; will OR will not perform the services of an Information Manager as defined in The Personal Health Information Act (Manitoba). Weighting (points) Skill and Experience Weighting (points) 10 years' experience in the development and execution of test scenarios, scripts and cases that demonstrate conformance to functional and nonfunctional requirements. The response should include at least 3 examples including project title and duration of the project that total at least 10 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed. 10 6 years' experience in a healthcare environment developing detailed testing cases and scenarios and executing testing for information systems designed to support healthcare activities – either administrative or clinical. The response should include at least 2 examples including project title and duration of the project that totals at least 6 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed. 10 4 years' experience testing software solutions in a healthcare environment. Experience should include testing the associated processes designed to support the business as well as validation of the data in the application. The response should include at least 2 examples including project title and duration of the project that totals at least 4 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed. 10 3 years' experience testing Open ID Connection. Testing activities should include execution of test scripts and scenarios to validate configuration of the application and workflow for both desktop and mobile. The response should include at least 1 example including project title and duration of the project that totals at least 3 years. Examples should include specific details of work performed. 20 3 years' experience testing integration between systems and providing feedback and requirements to an interface development team. Must include experience liaising with multiple testing teams to manage several areas of testing.
