Risk Analyst ( M/F/X) _ CDI

Manpower Permanent Placement is recruiting a Risk Analyst for one of its clients. Our client is an international banking institution based in Luxembourg, recognized for its demanding environment, strong governance framework, and commitment to risk management and compliance. As part of the expansion of its Risk & Compliance department, we are seeking a motivated professional looking to develop their career at the heart of the organization's strategic risk and governance challenges.

Your Mission :

As a member of the Risk & Compliance team and reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance, you will actively contribute to the implementation and enhancement of the bank's risk management framework. You will support the production of reliable risk analyses, the monitoring of key risk indicators, and the continuous improvement of risk management and control processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Participate in the execution of risk management activities in accordance with the established governance framework.
• Conduct risk and internal control assessments, particularly through Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and operational risk monitoring activities.
• Collect, validate, and maintain risk data to ensure its quality, traceability, and reliability.
• Contribute to the identification and documentation of risk incidents and events, ensuring escalation when necessary.
• Assist in the preparation of risk reports and dashboards for risk management teams and senior management.
• Monitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and report any anomalies or threshold breaches.
• Support the implementation of risk management policies, procedures, and methodologies across the organization's business activities.
• Provide support to internal teams on risk-related matters and contribute to the promotion of best practices.
• Participate in projects aimed at improving risk management tools, processes, and methodologies.
• Contribute to ESG risk-related initiatives, particularly through the collection and analysis of relevant data.

Your Profile :

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in Risk Management, Audit, Internal Control, or Financial Services, ideally between 3 and 7 years.
• Good understanding of the fundamentals of Risk Management, operational risks, internal controls, and/or ICT risks.
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of data awareness and attention to detail.
• Well-organized, rigorous, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to identify inconsistencies, investigate issues, and propose practical solutions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, ESG topics, or operational resilience frameworks would be considered an advantage.
