Location: Helsinki, Finland (40% Remote / 3 days onsite per week)

Contract Period: 01 Sep 2026 – 31 Dec 2026

About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Risk Manager to oversee non-financial and ICT risk remediation across Core Technology. In this role, you will challenge progress, drive timely closure of remediation actions, and provide path-to-green reporting to senior leadership forums.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain oversight of non-financial and ICT risk remediation across Core Technology in collaboration with Business Risk Managers.
• Facilitate and follow up on remediation plans and agreed actions to achieve sustainable risk reduction.
• Provide accurate, transparent reporting on risk exposure, mitigation progress, and path-to-green status for senior governance forums.
• Act as a trusted advisor to technical leaders, evaluating control effectiveness and facilitating risk assessments.
• Execute Risk & Control Self Assessment (RCSA) processes and control evaluations.

Requirements:

• Proven background in operational or non-financial risk management (preferably within financial services).
• Strong understanding of ICT risk, risk frameworks, and governance processes.
• Practical experience with RCSA processes, risk assessments, and control evaluations.
• Outstanding stakeholder management capabilities and executive communication skills in English.
• Nice-to-Have: Familiarity with incident and issue management processes.
