Risk Manager within Outsourcing and Financial Crime – Swedbank Hypotek

In Swedbank Hypotek you have the opportunity to:

• Act as the subject matter expert in third-party (outsourcing) risk and financial crime risk.

• Play a key role in strengthening and developing Swedbank Hypotek’s risk management and governance framework.

• Drive strategic initiatives and represent Swedbank Hypotek in relevant forums, projects, and stakeholder discussions.

• Coordinate and drive the oversight process for outsourced services by supporting contract owners across Swedbank AB and the Savings Banks, ensuring effective governance, stakeholder alignment, and timely delivery of key activities.

• Advise and support business, and regularly report to senior management and the Board.

• Monitor regulatory developments and drive the implementation of regulatory changes.

• Develop ways of working, e.g. templates, controls, reporting, and processes to enhance quality and efficiency.

• Collaborate with Group functions, material subsidiaries, and other key stakeholders.

• Work closely with colleagues within the Risk & Governance function.
  

What is needed in this role:

• Work experience from the financial sector.

• Experience working with risk-related matters, preferably within outsourcing or financial crime.

• Experience driving initiatives and collaborating with different stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
