Robotic Process Automation Senior Designer

Role Description The Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Senior Designer is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing automated workflows across business processes. This role involves analyzing current operations, identifying automation opportunities, and translating business requirements into detailed RPA solution designs. The Senior Designer collaborates closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to document processes, define standards, and ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant. Daily tasks include creating process maps, configuring and testing automation, monitoring performance, and refining designs based on data and feedback. The role also supports knowledge sharing, contributes to best practices, and helps guide less experienced team members in RPA design methods.
Qualifications

• Strong Process Design and Business Process skills, with experience modeling and documenting end-to-end workflows.
• Proficient Analytical Skills to assess processes, identify automation opportunities, and interpret performance data.
• Background in Business Process Management, including optimization, standardization, and governance of processes.
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and translating business needs into technical designs.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) or similar automation technologies.
• Understanding of basic scripting or programming concepts and familiarity with data integration between systems.
• Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environments is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines.
