This Position reports to:

Project Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the execution of small projects with low complexity. Each day, you will ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets. You will also showcase your expertise by defining and applying basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.

The work model for the role is:

This role is contributing to the Robotics Automation Logistics Business in Spain, leading the execution of robot automation and intralogistics projects for customers across different industry segments in Spain. Main stakeholders are Sales Teams, Vendors, Project Managers and Clients.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Leading the project team allocated to the project.
• Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
• Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.
• Sales support, solution design support, trade fairs, showrooms and technical presentation.

Qualifications for the role

• 2+ years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, intralogistics or related project environments. Including planning, execution, stakeholder management, project control and change management.
• You are qualified in Robotics Automation, and preferred experience in Logistics Sector (other fields are also welcome)
• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electronic/ Electrical or related field. Master Degree in Project Management highly desirable
• Knowledge of automation software and system integration concepts, machine safety principles and CE compliance is highly valued
• You are at ease communicating in English and Spanish
• You are a collaborative person, with very good communication skills, with self accountability, negotiation skills, proactivity and a good problem solver.
• You are able to travel: Short business trips (1-3 days) on a monthly basis, mainly within Spain, to customer sites, suppliers and project locations.
