We're looking for curious, analytical, and ambitious students to join our Robotics Internship and gain hands-on experience with the systems that bring machines to life — from sensors and actuators to the algorithms that let robots perceive, decide, and act in the real world.

About the Internship

As a Robotics Intern, you'll work on realistic challenges centered on robotics — simulating robots, processing sensor data, programming robot behavior, and building the control and perception logic that makes machines move with purpose.

You'll learn how robotics teams combine hardware thinking with software skills — kinematics, path planning, sensor fusion, and the simulation workflows used to test robots before they ever touch the physical world.

Responsibilities

* Simulate robots in tools like Gazebo, PyBullet, or Webots.

* Process and visualize sensor data (IMUs, encoders, LiDAR, cameras).

* Program robot behaviors with state machines and behavior trees.

* Implement basic kinematics for arms and mobile robots.

* Build path-planning logic for navigation (A*, RRT, or simpler planners).

* Fuse sensor data to estimate position and orientation.

* Write control loops (PID) to keep robot motion stable and precise.

* Build perception pipelines — detect and track objects with computer vision.

* Prototype with microcontrollers (Arduino/ESP32) and single-board computers (Raspberry Pi).

* Integrate motors, servos, and actuators with software control.

* Log and analyze telemetry to debug robot behavior.

* Build dashboards that visualize robot state and sensor health.

* Document robot designs, control architectures, and test results clearly.

* Collaborate with other interns on cross-functional AI projects.

* Translate real-world physical problems into working robot solutions.

Requirements

* Current student or recent graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field — or a strong self-taught maker/coding portfolio.

* Strong interest in robotics and how machines interact with the physical world.

* Basic programming skills (Python is a plus).

* Curiosity about sensors, motors, and how things move.

* Analytical and logical thinking with close attention to detail.

* Self-motivated and able to work independently on technical challenges.

* Comfortable experimenting, failing fast, and iterating.

* Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is a plus.

* Previous professional robotics experience is not required.
