Role Description The Romania Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote contract role focused on building and managing Lingua Learn’s presence in Romania. Day-to-day activities include overseeing local marketing and sales efforts, coordinating with the Global Franchise Support Team, and adapting Lingua Learn’s offerings to the Romanian market. The partner will manage the local customer journey from inquiry to enrollment, oversee teacher scheduling in coordination with the central team, and ensure high-quality delivery of online language courses and corporate training. Responsibilities also include monitoring performance metrics, conducting local market research, and implementing growth strategies to expand the school’s reach within Romania.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Writing skills for engaging learners, corporate clients, and partners.
• Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market potential and optimize local strategies.
• Training experience to support onboarding and development of local staff and instructors.
• Background in education, language training, franchising, or business development is highly beneficial.
• Proficiency in Romanian and English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, with experience in sales, marketing, or running a small business preferred.
