Role Description The Romania Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract-based opportunity to own and operate Lingua Learn’s franchise in the Romanian market. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing local operations, overseeing online language programs, and coordinating with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team across HR, sales, marketing, administration, and academic quality. The partner will lead market development in Romania, conduct local outreach, build client relationships with individuals and organizations, and ensure effective promotion of Lingua Learn’s services. Activities will also involve supervising the implementation of the provided e-commerce platform and CRM tools, supporting teacher scheduling and training, and monitoring performance metrics to drive growth. The franchise partner will represent the Lingua Learn brand locally, adapting central systems and materials to fit Romania’s market needs while maintaining quality and consistency.

• Experience in education, language training, franchising, or online services is beneficial.
• Demonstrated business development or entrepreneurship experience, including client acquisition and relationship management, is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, with the ability to manage remote operations and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English and familiarity with the Romanian market; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Access to reliable internet and appropriate home-office infrastructure to manage remote franchise operations.
