Role Description The Romania Online Language School Franchise Partnership is a remote, contract opportunity for an individual or organization to establish and grow Lingua Learn’s presence in Romania. Day-to-day activities include overseeing local marketing and sales initiatives, managing client relationships, and coordinating course offerings using Lingua Learn’s systems and materials. The partner will work with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team to implement operational processes, supervise local trainers and staff, and ensure quality standards in service delivery. Tasks also involve monitoring market trends, adapting strategies to local demand, and promoting both public and corporate language training solutions. This role is ideal for a commercially driven partner who can build a sustainable online education business while aligning with Lingua Learn’s brand and methodology.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for client outreach, partnership development, and promotional activities.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities, track performance, and refine local growth strategies.
• Candidates should possess Training experience or familiarity with educational delivery to oversee language programs and support teaching staff.
• Experience in business development, sales, or franchise management, ideally within education or online services.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Romanian, with additional language skills considered an advantage.
• Comfort using digital tools, CRM systems, and e-commerce platforms.
• Background in education, management, or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent professional experience is also valued.
