Role Description The Romania Online Language School Franchise Partnership role is a remote, contract opportunity for a motivated partner to establish and grow Lingua Learn’s presence in Romania. On a day-to-day basis, the franchise partner will oversee local business development, manage marketing and sales activities, and build relationships with individual and corporate clients. The role includes coordinating online language programs, working with Lingua Learn’s global teaching network, and ensuring high-quality service delivery aligned with the brand’s standards. The partner will use the provided e-commerce platform and CRM to manage inquiries, enrollments, and customer communication, while collaborating with the Global Franchise Support Team across HR, sales, marketing, administration, and academic operations. This role suits individuals or organizations ready to lead an online education venture and scale it within the Romanian market.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including client-facing communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Solid Analytical Skills and Research abilities to assess market opportunities and track performance.
• Clear and professional Writing skills for proposals, local marketing content, and business correspondence.
• Experience with Training or education-related activities, such as coordinating courses or supporting instructors.
• Background in business development, sales, or entrepreneurship, ideally within education or services.
• Comfort working remotely with digital tools (CRM, e-commerce platforms, online communication software).
• Fluency in Romanian and strong proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Ability to operate as an independent contractor, manage budgets, and plan for sustainable growth.
