Major Responsibilities Instruction & Course Delivery Prepare and deliver pre-licensing content in livestream and classroom settings. Teach and lead exam preparation classes that help students prepare for and pass Florida State Construction Licensing exams. Instruct assigned courses in accordance with the approved course plan. Provide instruction for Roofing and General Contracting courses, primarily in remote formats, and occasionally onsite as needed. Student Engagement & Support Actively engage students in the classroom and create a supportive learning environment. Design and implement teaching strategies that help students meet course objectives. Evaluate student achievement and progress throughout the course. Mentor students and track performance concerns or support needs. Curriculum & Faculty Collaboration Participate in faculty, curriculum, and ad hoc meetings. Assist with course content updates as needed or required.
