Purpose of the position: As a Junior Rotating Equipment Engineer, you will join the Engineering function within the Rotating Equipment discipline, supporting bids and projects in execution throughout the equipment lifecycle.
How can you support us?
Education: Master's Degree/bachelor’s degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering or a related engineering field.
Background: Up to 2 years of relevant experience, including university projects, thesis work or internships related to machinery, rotating equipment, mechanical design or plant engineering.
Languages: Good working proficiency in English.
Technical/IT Knowledge: Fundamentals of rotating machinery and mechanical design; ability to read PFDs, P&IDs and equipment data sheets; awareness of engineering codes and standards; familiarity with technical bid evaluation, vendor documentation and equipment testing; user-level proficiency with office automation and document management tools.
What else should you know? Some travel may be required worldwide, including visits to vendors, yards, construction sites and project locations.

How can you support us?
- Review project and tender technical documentation and help define requirements for rotating equipment and packages.
- Prepare inquiry documentation, data sheets, technical bid evaluations and vendor alignment tabulations under the guidance of the Rotating Equipment Lead.
- Coordinate technical interfaces with other engineering disciplines, vendors and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with project, QA/QC and HSE requirements.
- Follow up assigned equipment after order award, review vendor documentation and support inspections, testing, expediting and final documentation.
- Support construction and start-up activities, including technical clarifications, site inspections and as-built documentation when required.
