ISMIRA Agency actively recruiting a DOCTOR for ROYAL CARIBBEAN GROUP! The Doctor is responsible for delivering high-quality medical care to guests and crew onboard a cruise ship. The role includes emergency response, diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of medical conditions in accordance with international maritime and company medical standards. BENEFITS: Work in Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. named one of the Top-Rated Workplaces Earn recognition and career advancement opportunities Travel around the World Experience working with more than 72 nationalities Permanent job with contract 6-8 months onboard followed by 60 days of vacation Save Money as you do not pay for food and accommodation on board Competitive salary (find out when apply) Visa fee will be reimbursed on board Medical insurance provided during contract RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide emergency, urgent, and routine medical care to guests and crew Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions onboard Respond to medical emergencies, trauma cases, and critical situations Conduct daily clinic consultations and sick calls Perform minor procedures and patient stabilization when required Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment plans Coordinate medical evacuations (medevac) when necessary Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and reports Ensure compliance with maritime health regulations and company protocols Support infection control and outbreak prevention measures onboard REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 21 years old Fluent English (spoken and written) Medical Degree (MD or equivalent qualification) Valid license to practice medicine independently Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience High adaptability to multicultural and dynamic working conditions Willingness to work onboard on rotational contracts (including nights, weekends, and holidays) Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with guests, department heads and crewmembers to foresee and resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.
