What You'll do: - Ensure the operation, stability, and continuous evolution of Automation and Hyperautomation solutions within the Automation CoE. - Act as an operational reference point for RPA platforms, primarily UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate. - Analyze existing automation workflows, identify issues, and implement effective resolutions to ensure optimal performance. - Design, build, and implement new automation workflows in collaboration with different business units. - Drive improvements and enhancements in existing automations, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and maintainability. - Contribute to the adoption of emerging technologies, with a strong focus on AI-driven automation and agent-based solutions. - Develop and manage solutions in Microsoft Copilot Studio, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards. - Support governance of automation and AI agents, ensuring compliance, quality, and production readiness of all solutions. - Promote best practices in Hyperautomation, including reuse, standardization, and lifecycle management of automations. Who You Are: - 3+ years of experience in RPA and automation development and support. - Hands-on experience with UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate in production environments. - Experience working with or supporting Microsoft Copilot Studio or other AI/agent-based automation platforms. - Strong ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation workflows. - Experience designing and implementing end-to-end automation solutions across business processes. - Good understanding of Hyperautomation concepts and intelligent automation ecosystems. - Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of automation governance, including standards, compliance, and production support best practices. - Exposure to AI-driven automation, agentic workflows, or conversational automation is a strong plus.
