RTR Cash Management Analyst

YOUR ROLE Acting as preliminary point of contact for Treasury; Acting as main point of contact for all BU in cash management activities and by consequence in charge of all country projects related to cash; Booking bank statements, controlling cash in transit account clearing, reconciling cash positions, cash pool, factoring and process any other treasury activities; Analyzing transactions, trends, understanding and explaining variances, and proactively identifying potential problems and solutions; Adhering to a strict closing schedule; reconciling general ledger accounts; Assisting in and coordinate audit processes by providing/collecting requested documentation and additional explanation; Working mostly independently; Developing and maintaining department accounting procedures and manuals (SOPs); Participating/leading in special projects and activities defined by business and implemented by GBS, as assigned; Recognizing improvement areas within the own process and across other countries/towers, proposing better solutions and implementing them, supporting or leading implementation projects and activities including Continuous Improvement approach; Solving or addressing a range of direct problems; YOUR BACKGROUND Experience in accounting 1+ years; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; English written and oral skills required; other languages as an asset; Strong Microsoft Office skills; SAP knowledge and working experience in general ledger would be an asset WHY JOIN US?
