Russian Speaking Call Center Agent

As we continue to grow our Insurance Department, we are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, have call center experience, and are fluent in both Russian and English, we'd love to hear from you! Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls Assist clients with insurance-related questions and requests Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and text Follow up with clients regarding documentation and policy updates Accurately enter and maintain customer information in company systems Resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner Work closely with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience Requirements: Fluent in English and Russian (spoken and written) Previous Customer Service or Call Center experience required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace Availability to work during PST business hours Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the insurance industry is a plus Experience with CRM systems Sales or client retention experience is an advantage What We Offer: Fully remote position Stable, long-term opportunity Friendly and supportive team environment Professional growth opportunities Competitive compensation based on experience If you are passionate about helping customers and enjoy working with people, we'd love to hear from you!
