- Draft and execute contract modifications, including change orders, amendments, and cancellations.
- Maintain up-to-date client records, deliverables, deadlines, and status updates across internal systems (Airtable, HubSpot, FileMaker).
Prospecting & Business Development
- Monitor industry news and trade publications to identify market shifts and generate prospective sales leads.
- Execute targeted lead-sourcing campaigns via Amplemarket to build actionable prospect lists.
- Research key target organizations—tracking buying signals, organizational changes, and decision-makers—to support sales leadership.
Cross-Functional & Team Support
- Serve as a reliable extension of the Account Management team, delivering a consistent, world-class client experience.
- Proactively identify administrative and operational bottlenecks before they impact client satisfaction.
- Assist cross-functional teams to ensure all sponsorship commitments and client deliverables are met.
On-site Event Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations and staffing for the Group Connections Lounge, including vendor coordination, collateral distribution, and attendee hospitality.
- Manage the group registration indicator process to ensure accurate badge profile updates.
- Assist in executing the pre-printed Badge Concierge service for premium client groups.
- Track, allocate, schedule, and support private on-site client meeting spaces.
- Provide dedicated, high-touch customer service and registration support for group clients throughout the event.
Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications include:
- 1-3 years in client services, account management, event coordination, or sales support. Experience working with diverse clientele across varying business verticals, startup environments, and executive leadership tiers preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and database tools, including Google Workspace, Airtable, HubSpot, and FileMaker. Experience with prospecting tools like Amplemarket is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable liaising between internal cross-functional teams and external corporate clients.
- Maintain responsiveness, professionalism, and close attention to detail within a fast-paced environment.
