Our Go-To-Market Sales Strategy & Operations organization is responsible for building and maintaining the operational foundation that enables our sales organization to run effectively and efficiently to drive topline growth. Within that, our Talent Solutions Planning & Performance team act as a central partner to executives and cross-functional stakeholders by integrating quantitative analysis with business judgment to help leadership make informed decisions on growth, investments, resource allocation, and operational priorities. Through a combination of advanced analytics, business modeling, forecasting, executive storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration, we drive annual topline planning, business forecasting cadence, performance reviews, resource allocation decisions, and strategic deep-dives. Our work influences decisions across revenue growth, customer retention, hiring, productivity, and long-range business strategy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of strategy, analytics, finance, and business operations while partnering with senior leaders to solve complex business problems at scale You will join the Talent Solutions Planning & Performance team, working alongside teammates based in London, New York and São Paulo, and partnering directly with Sales VPs, global GTM Operations leaders, and cross-functional teams across the all geos (US, EMEA and APAC) and functions (Finance, Pricing, Business Operations, Analytics, Marketing, Customer Success). As a Go-to-Market Strategy & Operations Manager, you will operate as a self-managed expert and trusted leader of the function. You will be the solution owner for the most complex strategic and operational problems facing the global LTS business, acting as an advisor and sounding board to senior sales executives, and translating ambiguous business challenges into complete, actionable recommendations that drive measurable revenue growth, sales productivity, and customer value. You will own initiatives end-to-end - from hypothesis validation through analysis, recommendation and syndication - and will design and lead global improvement initiatives that scale beyond your immediate team. Beyond your own scope, you will act as a force multiplier for the function: mentoring and coaching junior team members, serving in a consultative capacity on projects owned by others, removing roadblocks, and becoming a global source of reference on the processes and topics you own. Success in this role requires a strong strategic mindset, the ability to challenge the status quo and drive process change at a systems level, excellent executive communication skills, and comfort handling highly sensitive, confidential and non-routine information in a rapidly changing organization. Responsibilities: Lead strategic planning processes through data-driven recommendations (e.g., customer segmentation, headcount, financial planning), influencing stakeholder OKRs and annual/quarterly priorities Create high-impact, tailored communication materials (PPT, email) that clearly outline problems, insights, solutions and next steps; own meetings by setting the agenda, leading discussions and managing outcomes with senior audiences Own performance management and forecasting for the global LTS business end-to-end - tracking business performance, quickly diagnosing and explaining gaps and deviations in business, data, tools or processes, and advising leadership on the actions required AI & Process Innovation: identify and champion enterprise AI tools, predictive analytics, and workflow automation opportunities across the GTM tech stack (e.g., lead scoring, pipeline forecasting, rep productivity) to scale team output and optimize revenue efficiency.
