Overview:

Logi Serve Consultants(www.logiserve.ca) is a growing North American Safety, Compliance and Transportation Consultation company. We are expanding our market presence and seeking experienced, motivated Sales Agents who can bring freight business opportunities. This role is complete for candidates working only from Sri Lanka.

This is a full-time permanent remote role with a base salary. We provide full operational support and training on the content that sales agents should focus on while working in sales expansion.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect, contact, and onboard new customers across North America.
• Secure safety & compliance related opportunities and leads in the market and onboard them with the company.
• Build and manage your book of business connections with consistent follow-ups and customer retention.
• Communicate daily with business leads, distributors, operations teams, and transportation companies to ensure business expansion.
• Negotiate pricing with customers and maintain profitability.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
• Represent the Logiserve brand name professionally in all communications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in sales and lead acquisition in the North American market(minimum 2 years).
• Fluent in English, verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and sales capabilities.
• Ability to work independently after the training and drive results.
• Working in night shifts(IST) remotely.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high motivation.
• Reliable phone, laptop, and internet(remote role).
