What you will do - Safety Plan & functional safety management plan : - Define and maintain the Functional Safety Plan. - Development Interface Agreement (DIA) based on ISO 26262 compliance. - Adverse Events for the Client (EIC - Evènements Indésirables Clients) identified et priorise, - Reasonably Foreseeable Uses definition (Usages Raisonnablement Prévisibles ,URP), - Approve Safety Case and escalate safety-related decisions. - Action plan to correct to treat EIC and URP (root causes understanding), - Degradeted modes identification and validationet, - Safyte test definition to be performed in validation plan - Safety Compliance matrix definition - Operational safety opinion in project milestone (defined in safety plan) - DDMRS (Dossier de Démonstration de la Maîtrise du Risque Sécuritaire), - Manage competence and training for functional safety. - Coordinate with customers and suppliers for safety compliance. What we’re looking for -Master’s Degree in one of the following fields: Automotive Engineering.Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Systems Engineering,Mechatronics,Computer Science (with automotive or embedded systems focus) -Additional Certifications: ISO 26262 Functional Safety Certification (e.g., TÜV, Exida) -4-8 years experience in functional safety projects. -Proven experience in Leading ISO 26262 audits and assessments, managing cross-functional teams and suppliers. -Familiarity with ASPICE and quality standards. • Technical skills needed for this job: - ISO 26262 Expertise: Deep understanding of functional safety lifecycle and work products. - Safety Governance: Experience in creating and maintaining Safety Plans and Safety Cases. - Process Management: Familiarity with ASPICE and quality management systems. - Risk Analysis: Competence in HARA, ASIL determination, and safety analysis methods (FMEA, FTA). - Project Management: Ability to integrate safety activities into project schedules and deliverables. - Supplier Management: Skilled in assessing and ensuring supplier compliance with safety requirements. - Tool Proficiency: Knowledge of requirements management tools (DOORS, Polarion) and safety analysis tools. - Audit & Assessment: Experience in planning and executing confirmation measures (reviews, audits, assessments). - Internal Combustion Engines / Hybrids powertrains - experience - System architecture definition: Components, modules - System requirements definition - Embedded SW architecture - knowledge -Spanish & English mandatory, French appreciated Equal opportunities employer At Horse Technologies, we are committed to equal opportunities and select individuals based on their skills and qualifications.
