Safety Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Specialist to join our team and support driver safety, compliance, and maintenance operations. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in the U.S. logistics and transportation industry while working remotely.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Review driver logs daily for violations and follow up with drivers via WhatsApp.
• Monitor safety events such as speeding, hard braking, and other unsafe driving behaviors, and coach drivers accordingly.
• Review dashcam footage to identify unsafe driving behavior and assist with incident investigations.
• Coordinate roadside assistance and vehicle maintenance.
• Maintain accurate driver and vehicle records in systems such as Emodal and UIIA.
• Track and collect updated documents, including driver’s licenses, vehicle registrations, and fuel receipts.
• Train new drivers on the Motive App and ELD procedures.
• Follow up on safety and compliance issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Handle other duties as assigned based on the needs of the business.

✅ Qualifications:

• Previous experience supporting U.S. logistics, transportation, or trucking operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through.
• Experience with Motive, ELDs, or similar transportation management platforms is a plus.
• English level: B2 or higher.

• Salary: $3,300,000 COP + $249,095 COP monthly bonus
