Maintain and optimize existing IAM environments, ensuring stability and performance. Gather, analyze, and refine requirements with IT and business stakeholders. Engineer and manage integrations across the Digital Identity landscape. Handle incidents, service requests, and problems with structured troubleshooting. Advise on identity-related solutions, ensuring alignment with security standards and compliance. Participate in full release cycles including testing, documentation, and deployment. Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement automation. Review peers’ work and support testing activities to maintain quality. What You Bring Hands-on experience with SailPoint, with a focus on Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and experience in IIQ environments. Exposure to migration projects from legacy IAM systems to cloud-based platforms. Familiarity with Azure DevOps (Repositories and Pipelines) and web services (SOAP/REST). Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, ITIL, and DevOps practices. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent stakeholder management and advisory capabilities. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Nice to Have Experience with identity-related platforms such as CyberArk or Auth0. Familiarity with automation tools and process improvements in IAM. Exposure to modern data integration programs or enterprise-wide digital transformations.
