Our values AMBITION // Shoot for the moon PLEASURE // Spend good time all together INTEGRITY // Be honest and transparent, always Missions Today, Worldia is looking for a Sales Account Manager to grow a portfolio of pre-registered U.S. travel agency accounts (currently 4, with potential to scale to 10). This isn't a prospecting role: the network already exists. Your mission is to onboard and activate these agencies so they actively book through our platform. You'll need to find the "magic formula" that turns a registered but inactive agency into a consistently booking one, blending smart onboarding, creative campaigns, and a hands-on, consultative approach. Part relationship management, part campaign thinking, part data analysis. Key Responsibilities: Own the end to end onboarding and activation journey for your portfolio of U.S. travel agency accounts Design, launch, and iterate on activation campaigns to convert registered agencies into active, booking partners Investigate and test what actually drives activation, thinking creatively and analyzing results to adjust your approach Present and demo the Worldia platform confidently, ensuring partners understand its value and how to use it Travel regularly to the U.S. (roughly 30–40% of your time) to build in person relationships and support activation on the ground What we are looking for: The skill set needed to succeed: C1-C2 level of English (German knowledge is a plus!) Account management experience, ideally within the travel/tourism industry Valid driver's license and comfortable driving in the U.S. Able to travel to and work in the U.S., either as a U.S. citizen/permanent resident, or eligible to obtain an ESTA Strong creative and analytical thinking, comfortable exploring ideas, testing hypotheses, and thinking outside the box to solve activation challenges Data driven mindset, numbers guide your decisions and priorities Benefits & Perks Flexible working hours: you largely shape your own workday around team needs (e.g., some days 11:00 to 20:00, others 9:00 to 18:00) Berlin based, with up to 30% home office 27 days of PTO (with possibility to increase to a max of 30 days depending on seniority)Lunch: up to 7,5 € lunch compensation for 15 working days per month only for work related meals Mobility: up to 40€ mobility compensation for each month to be used for your work way Voucher: monthly tax free voucher for up to 50€ Subsidised Urban Sports Membership Nice office premises in the Mitte neighbourhood (the office is pet friendly!)
