Sales Account Specialist

We are looking for a Sales Account Specialists to join our team in either our Fredericton / Woodstock, New Brunswick, office and or remotely form a home-based office in Canada. In this position, you will manage customer profiles, cross sell initiatives, and acquisition activities. You will be responsible for generating sales activity to fulfill new and existing customer’s internet and product needs. You will also support the inbound queue and complete follow up activity on sales leads. The Sales Account Specialists will provide support to our in-field installers to facilitate sales and value-added service requests. Key responsibilities include: • Sales activities to increase internet and value-added service revenue • Acquisition and cross-sell initiatives • Lead follow up activities • Support in-field sales requests • Supporting the inbound call queue as required (overflow) The ideal candidate will possess: • Demonstrated decision making skills • Proven record of excellent people skills, including good interpersonal skills • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written • Excellent listening skills • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment • Professionalism and tact in representing the organization • Strong work ethic • Experience in a customer focused role or a combination of skills and experience that clearly demonstrate success • Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Strong time management and organizational skills • Ability to multi-task with attention to detail • Ability to work independently or as part of a team Condition of Employment: As a condition of employment and in order to comply with industry related data security standards, this position is subject to the successful completion of a Criminal Background Check.
