--Sales Agent /Advanced english

Location: Remote – Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Guatemala, Mexico, or Peru

Languages: English & Spanish – Professional Fluency

Employment: Independent contractor position

Requirements

• 3+ years of Sales and/or Customer Care experience in a B2B environment.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, analytical, and prioritization skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Office and Salesforce experience.
• Tableau experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Account Executives with Lead-to-Quote (L2Q) activities.
• Manage MACDs (Move/Add/Change/Disconnects) and small sales.
• Coordinate quotes, POs, contracts, NDAs, and other client requirements.
• Work with Sales, Finance, Legal, Pre-Sales, and Sales Operations.
• Maintain client and sales information in Salesforce.
• Handle client communication and escalations.
