You will be responsible for: Handling inbound requests from customers who have already shown interest in Exoticca’s products. Understanding customers’ needs, budget, timelines, and decision-making process, and offering tailored travel solutions. Presenting Exoticca’s value proposition and benefits with a high-end, consultative sales approach. Developing strong product knowledge across destinations and travel packages. Working with clear individual targets while contributing to overall team performance. Ensuring operational excellence by following internal policies and procedures.
