We are looking for a proactive Sales and Customer Support Specialist to join our team as a temporary cover (until September 2027). Rate: 7-11 EUR net (+ VAT) / hour + sales bonuses

Contract type: B2B

• Handling customer inquiries in Czech via email and phone

• Coordinating order fulfillment in collaboration with the logistics and billing departments – monitoring shipping statuses, verifying invoices, and reporting/managing any necessary changes

• Processing returns and complaints, including receiving returned products and claims at the Český Těšín office.

• Communicating with customers via social media (Facebook)

• Supporting B2B and B2G clients – providing communication, pre-sales and post-sales support, and product presentations; occasional in-person product demonstrations to clients may be required

• Supporting the Country Manager in day-to-day operations, including translating documents, presentations, and other materials

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor and a strong customer-oriented approach

• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively across various departments

• Strong ability to convey information clearly and concisely

• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace, along with general computer literacy

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, sales, or B2B client relations is highly desirable

• Native level of Czech

• Good command of English (minimum B2 level).

• Knowledge of Polish is considered a strong advantage.
