Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Intern will support the planning and execution of sales and marketing activities for W KOREA’s domestic and international clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with market research, preparing sales presentations and proposals, updating marketing materials, and supporting digital and offline campaigns. The intern will help maintain client records, respond to basic inquiries, and provide administrative support to the sales and marketing teams. This internship role is hybrid, based in Seoul, South Korea, with some work-from-home flexibility. The position offers hands-on experience in global business, MICE, and cultural projects while working closely with experienced professionals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and sales reporting.
- Candidates should possess the ability to assist with Training-related tasks, such as preparing materials and coordinating sessions.
- Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and basic data analysis skills.
- Candidates should possess an interest in international business, MICE, and marketing; prior internship or project experience is an advantage.
- Candidates should be currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field of study such as Business, Marketing, Communications, or International Relations.
- Candidates should possess professional fluency in Korean; English proficiency or other language skills are highly beneficial.
