Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and promote communication component solutions to customers. Responsibilities include preparing and delivering product presentations, coordinating quotations, supporting negotiation processes, and following up on leads to achieve sales targets. The role also involves developing marketing campaigns, creating sales materials, analyzing market trends, and providing training or product guidance to customers and internal teams. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to ensure excellent customer service, timely order fulfillment, and strong client relationships.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, address inquiries, and build long-term relationships.
• Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, close deals, and manage pipelines and sales targets.
• Experience in Training, including delivering product briefings and supporting customer and internal team education.
• Knowledge of communication components or related technology fields is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and contribute to effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities both on-site and remotely.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.
