Company Description
DilicheckRep helps international businesses navigate privacy and digital regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
We support companies with practical compliance implementation and regulatory representation services, including GDPR, UK GDPR, India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), and other emerging privacy and digital regulations.
Our approach combines specialist regulatory expertise with technology-enabled workflows. We are also developing the DilicheckRep SaaS platform to help businesses assess their regulatory obligations, manage compliance requirements, maintain documentation, and coordinate ongoing representative and privacy compliance activities more efficiently.
DilicheckRep works with businesses, law firms, consultants, privacy professionals, technology providers, and other partners across different markets. We are building a scalable international partner network to support companies expanding across jurisdictions.
Role Description
We are looking for a Sales & Partnerships Associate to support the growth of DilicheckRep through direct sales, strategic partnerships, referral channels, and business development initiatives.
This is a full-time remote role with a strong commercial and relationship-building focus.
The successful candidate will help identify and engage prospective clients and partners, develop new commercial opportunities, support the creation of channel and referral programmes, and build long-term relationships with organisations that can introduce or resell DilicheckRep services.
The role is particularly relevant for someone interested in privacy, legal technology, SaaS, international business, and regulatory compliance.
The associate will work closely with the founders, compliance team, marketing team, and product team to develop go-to-market strategies and identify opportunities across key markets, including India, the EU, UK, North America, and APAC.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities for DilicheckRep.
- Conducting outbound prospecting to companies that may require privacy, regulatory representation, or compliance support.
- Supporting sales activities across GDPR, UK GDPR, DPDP, and other regulatory compliance services.
- Researching target markets, industries, and companies with potential regulatory obligations.
- Building and managing relationships with law firms, privacy consultants, compliance firms, cybersecurity providers, accountants, corporate service providers, SaaS companies, and other referral partners.
- Developing and supporting affiliate, referral, reseller, and white-label partnership programmes.
- Identifying organisations and professionals that could become strategic partners or distribution channels.
- Supporting partnership negotiations, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
- Maintaining an active sales and partnership pipeline and tracking opportunities through CRM tools.
- Preparing proposals, commercial materials, partnership presentations, and follow-up communications.
- Coordinating introductory calls, demonstrations, and partner meetings.
- Supporting the development of country-specific and sector-specific go-to-market strategies.
- Helping develop the DilicheckRep partner ecosystem, including associations, privacy communities, legal networks, and professional organisations.
- Working with the marketing team on campaigns, webinars, events, content partnerships, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities between compliance implementation, representative services, and the DilicheckRep SaaS platform.
- Gathering market and client feedback to help improve DilicheckRep’s services, pricing, positioning, and product roadmap.
- Supporting development of the DilicheckRep SaaS commercial model, including partner access, referral functionality, white-label opportunities, and distribution channels.
Focus on India and DPDP

- International companies that need support complying with India’s DPDP framework.
- Law firms, consultants, cybersecurity firms, and privacy professionals seeking to offer DPDP and GDPR services to their clients.

- Ability to research and identify prospective clients, partners, and market opportunities.
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders, including founders, lawyers, consultants, compliance professionals, and business executives.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities, follow-ups, and relationships in an organised manner.
- A proactive and entrepreneurial approach to business development.
- Ability to work independently in a remote and international environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Marketing, International Relations, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in any of the following areas would be particularly valuable:

- Professional services
- Channel partnerships or affiliate programmes
- International business development
- Indian technology or professional services markets
Knowledge of GDPR, UK GDPR, India’s DPDP Act, or other privacy regulations is beneficial but not essential, as training will be provided.
