Role Description The Business Development Manager – Influencer Marketing is a full-time hybrid role based in Delhi, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role focuses on identifying and onboarding brands and agencies that can leverage KOLPlanet’s influencer marketing solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product demos, building and maintaining client relationships, and negotiating commercial terms. The manager will collaborate with internal teams to design tailored influencer campaign solutions, track performance against sales targets, and provide ongoing account support. This role also involves monitoring market trends in influencer marketing, gathering client feedback, and helping refine KOLPlanet’s offerings and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications

• Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals with brand and agency partners.
• Experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media campaign management, preferably within a tech or marketing platform environment.
• Solid relationship-building and account management capabilities, with a track record of maintaining long-term client partnerships.
• Analytical skills to interpret campaign performance, engagement metrics, and ROI, and to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and product demos.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hybrid environment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in Delhi and remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; advanced education or certifications in digital marketing or sales are a plus.
• Prior experience in the Delhi market and familiarity with creator ecosystems and social platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok) is highly beneficial.
