Sales and Sales Operations Lead (Clinical Experience)

About Mira

Mira is a San Francisco-based hormonal health company hormonal testing for over 300,000 customers. In 2023, we were recognized by Inc. 5000 as America's fastest-growing femtech company.

Mira's breakthrough innovation was creating the market's only FDA-compliant at-home hormone monitor with quantitative testing technology. From the beginning, our mission has been to make hormone data accessible and meaningful - so women can understand their bodies and make confident health decisions at every stage of life, from cycle health and family planning to hormonal imbalances and the menopause transition.

We are committed to improving real health outcomes through personalized insights, cutting-edge technology, and science-backed data—turning hormone information into practical guidance for everyday wellbeing.

About the position

We are looking for a Sales Operations Lead to build the sales process, data infrastructure, and operating rhythm that our fast-growing B2B business has never had. You’ll own the practitioner funnel end to end, from first outreach through retention, and build the systems, team, and processes that scale it. This is a hands-on, build-from-scratch role - you’ll start by working the funnel and speaking with practitioners yourself.

If you want to challenge yourself at a high-growth startup and make a difference for women's health, please join us!

Responsibilities

Sales

  • In the first months, get boots on the ground: work the funnel and speak directly with practitioners yourself

Funnel Strategy & Analytics

  • Own the practitioner funnel end to end, from lead handoff through retention, and identify where and why practitioners get stuck
  • Segment funnel conversion by practitioner avatar to guide ongoing avatar refinement
  • Build a lead scoring model and the systems to prioritize outreach based on it
  • Report on funnel performance and deliver a quarterly plan with targets

Systems & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Vet, onboard, and manage the sales and marketing tech stack, including HubSpot pipeline architecture and product usage data integration
  • Partner with clinical and customer success teams on practitioner handoffs, onboarding milestones, and retention triggers
  • Build and manage the retention plan, including follow ups, win back outreach, and referral tracking
  • Lead cross functional projects across sales, marketing, and clinical teams, with clear owners, timelines, and results

Sales Operations & Enablement

  • Build the sales process and playbook, and train the team to use it
  • Own enablement content, including sales scripts and training materials for the team
  • Design and manage a multi touch outreach cadence across the funnel
  • Build, manage, and grow the sales team as we scale, including hiring and commission plan design

Requirements

Must have

  • 5+ years leading and scaling sales operations, revenue operations, or commercial teams in B2B
  • Clinical sales experience, ideally with long, relationship driven sales cycles
  • Clinical background or strong clinical fluency
  • Startup experience, having built teams and processes from scratch
  • Strong analytical skills, with a track record of turning data into clear action
  • Project management experience leading initiatives across multiple teams
  • Hands on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM, plus sales and marketing automation tools
  • Comfortable using AI tools to speed up analysis, content creation, and workflow automation

Nice to Have

  • Sold to integrative or functional medicine practices
  • Strong hormone specific clinical background
  • HubSpot certified
  • PMP certification

Details

The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours and meaningful overlap with the US team (a US/Americas timezone is strongly preferred).

What we offer

  • Join one of the fastest-growing femtech companies in the U.S., driven by a strong mission to advance women's health and expand access to care

  • Be part of a passionate, highly motivated, and international team dedicated to making a real difference in people's lives
  • Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment where your work directly impacts company growth, strategy, and key decisions
  • Enjoy real opportunities for career growth, with the ability to shape, build, and develop teams as we scale
  • Work in a flexible, fully remote environment that supports autonomy, ownership, and independence
  • Receive a competitive salary along with a performance-based bonus system tied to OKRs
