SALES ASSISTANT What will you be doing? Assisting the sales team with day-to-day activities, including supporting client onboarding, maintaining updated records, and administering customer data. Ensure that all customer-related documents are prepared, administered, and followed up according to the bank's internal regulations and forms. Assist other co-workers who have a direct impact on the sales administration process. Work as a team member with other units of the bank. What will help you succeed? Previous experience as an assistant or sales assistant, within the fintech, financial services, or banking industry is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and analytical mindset. Accuracy, even when handling routine and repetitive tasks. Strong desire to continuously expand one's knowledge. Proficiency in Lithuanian and English. Diploma or bachelor’s degree, might be in progress. What do we offer?
