FFB Dispatch is a family-owned truck dispatch company based in Naples, Florida. We help owner-operators earn more per load, and we're growing fast. Our marketing already brings in the drivers — we guarantee you over 100 fresh leads every month. What we need is someone bilingual, organized, and persistent to work them.

This is not a cold-calling job. There is no list building, no hunting, no buying leads out of your own pocket. The pipeline is full. Your job is to pick up the phone and keep the paperwork moving.

What you'll do

Sales

• Call and message the leads we provide — fresh every week, 100+ per month, guaranteed
• Pitch our dispatch service in English or Spanish, whichever the driver prefers
• Follow up consistently until you get a yes or a no
• Close the deal and hand the signed driver to our dispatch team

Administrative

• Keep our CRM (GoHighLevel) clean and current — every call logged, every stage accurate
• Send agreements, W-9s and Letters of Authorization, and chase them until they come back signed
• Collect and file onboarding documents: MC authority, insurance certificates, driver paperwork
• Maintain a daily activity summary so we always know where the pipeline stands

What you'll earn

• $4.00 USD per hour base paid for your time, not just your results
• $500 USD commission for every driver who signs and completes their first loads
• Uncapped. Close 4 drivers a month and you add $2,000 on top of your base. Close 8 and you add $4,000
• Paid monthly via Wise, or your choice
• With 100+ leads handed to you every month, the ceiling is set by how hard you work the phone, not by how many opportunities you get

What you need

• Fully fluent spoken and written English AND Spanish. You will be selling in both, all day. This is non-negotiable and we test for it in the interview
• Phone sales or customer service experience closing experience strongly preferred
• Organized enough to run your own follow-up. If a lead goes cold because nobody called back, that's the job failing
• Comfortable in a CRM and in a spreadsheet. We'll teach you GoHighLevel
• Reliable computer, headset, and stable internet with a quiet place to take calls
• Able to work overlapping US Eastern business hours
• No trucking background required. We'll teach you dispatching, MC authority, and how owner-operators think
