You will work on six to seven-figure deals. Help organize customer events across our three territories. This is a remote first position with optional office presence and occasional travel for meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate appointments and scheduling
- Manage incoming customer requests
- Communicate with customers via CRM, EMail, Chat, and Phone
- Maintain and update customer contact records
- Support quote and deal registration processes
- Administer & assign software license information
- Organize customer meetings and events, including:
- Venue, travel, and dinner arrangements
- Communication with internal teams and participants
- Marketing coordination
- On-site support during events
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in day to day office administration, ideally in a hybrid or remote-first environment.
- Industry knowledge about the VMware portfolio (Sales relevant is enough, no tech deep dive required)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 expected
- Familiarity with Confluence, Asana, HubSpot, and Business Central is helpfull.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English, optional: Spanish and / or Arabic
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service mindset.
- Valid work permit for Germany (if applying in Germany), UAE work permit/visa can be provided (you are responsible for relocation).
- and must be able to travel to Germany and USA.
Compensation
- Fixed annual salary: €36,000 – €55,000 (depending on experience and qualifications and GEO)
- Performance bonus: Based on deal progress and direct revenue, based on service quality, responsiveness, and internal satisfaction metrics

- Location(s): Germany (Muenster) or UAE (Dubai)
- Type: Permanent / Full-Time
- Language: Fluent German and English, optional spanish and/or arabic
- Eligibility: Must have valid work permit in either Germany. For UAE work visa can be provided.

Fabian Lenz is an architect and part of the leadership team at comdivision. With a strong background in virtualization and datacenter technologies, he combines hands-on expertise with a solid academic foundation in international information systems.
His primary focus is on VMware technologies, where he has developed deep technical expertise supported by various certifications. In addition, he brings experience in IT service and infrastructure management, automation, software development, and project execution.
As a VMware Cloud Foundation Broadcom Knight, Fabian represents technical excellence and a clear perspective on modern cloud architecture. He helps organizations structure, simplify, and evolve complex IT environments.
Alongside his technical work, Fabian contributes to strategic decision-making within comdivision and supports projects from initial design through to implementation. He also shares his expertise through presentations and workshops to make complex topics accessible and actionable.
Yves Sandfort
CEO, Partner & Founder comdivision Group
Yves Sandfort is CEO and Partner at the comdivision group with more than 30 years of experience in cloud architecture and IT transformation. As VMware VCDX (#203) and a Broadcom Knight, he is recognized as an expert within the global VMware ecosystem.
His focus is on designing and implementing private, public, and hybrid cloud strategies as well as enterprise architectures. He supports organizations in aligning technology decisions with business objectives and risk management.
In addition to his consulting work, Yves is active as a keynote speaker and industry analyst, sharing insights at international events. As a former VMware Certified Instructor, he combines deep technical expertise with the ability to make complex topics accessible.
Christina Sandfort
COO & Head of operations
Christina Sandfort is COO and Head of Operations for EMEA and the Americas at comdivision. She ensures that strategy is translated into effective execution by aligning teams, processes, and structures.
