Role Description The Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth for Insight Genesis – IGAi. This position oversees the development and execution of integrated sales and marketing strategies across digital channels, including campaign planning, lead generation, and pipeline management. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends, defining target segments, creating positioning and messaging, and coordinating with product and data teams to align offerings with customer needs. The Sales Marketing Manager will manage marketing content and assets, optimize campaigns based on performance metrics, and build relationships with partners and clients. This role also involves preparing sales materials, presenting solutions to prospective customers, and providing regular reporting on sales and marketing KPIs to leadership.

Compensation

💰 100% Performance-Based Commission

• Demonstrated skills in sales strategy, pipeline management, and relationship building with clients and partners.
• Experience with marketing strategy, campaign planning, and go-to-market execution for technology or AI-driven products.
• Proficiency in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and performance analytics tools.
• Ability to conduct market research, segment audiences, and translate insights into effective messaging and offers.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, data, and operations) in a remote, distributed environment.
• Background in fintech, HR tech, edtech, or health tech is highly beneficial; familiarity with emerging or unbanked markets is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort with using CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, and data dashboards to track and improve performance.
• Self-directed work style, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
