Learn more about Land.com . As a Field Sales Associate you will be responsible for growing revenue through the sale of Land.com solutions in a specific geographic territory. You will become an industry expert in the Land.com Network - which consists of Land.com, Land and Farm and LandWatch . You will have your own book of business, prospects to develop, excellent products to sell and an excellent career development path. This role is home-based, but the candidate must be based in either West Texas or New Mexico and close to a major commercial airport to meet clients in person . Key Responsibilities Develop a deep expertise in Land.com products, pricing, and competitive offerings to clearly differentiate value and win competitive deals. Own and execute a territory business plan with clear revenue targets, driving consistent growth from both existing customers and new logo acquisition . Build, expand, and leverage strong relationships with our client base through consultative selling. Drive customer retention by delivering strong onboarding, training, and ongoing account optimization and servicing meetings. Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline by tracking activity metrics, forecasting monthly revenue, and executing against defined KPIs. Travel up to 40% overnight within an assigned geographic territory. What Success Looks Like You become a known and trusted name in your territory . You consist ently g r ow your territory and exceed your target through strong relationships and minimize client churn . You operate with independence, discipline and accountability . You are comfortable driving the region and meeting clients face-to-face . Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university. A track record of commitment to prior employers. 4+ years of successful sales experience managing a territory preferably in a business-to-business environment. A strong record of providing outstanding customer service in prior roles. Success in developing new business relationships and managing existing client base . Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license. Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start. Driving history must reflect responsible driving behavior and compliance with traffic laws. Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, CoPilot) . What’s In It For You?
