We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales & Business Development Representative to join our expanding team and support the growth of our professional skincare, natural cosmetics, and cosmetic ingredient divisions across Canada and international markets.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers • Identify new business opportunities within the skincare, spa, medical aesthetic, cosmetic, and health, Ingredients & wellness sectors
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing and account growth • Conduct virtual and in-person presentations, product demonstrations, and business reviews • Follow up on trade show leads, marketing campaigns, and inbound inquiries
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and customer presentations
• Collaborate with marketing, regulatory, customer service, and R&D teams to support client success • Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline management through CRM systems
What We're Looking For
- 4–7 years of experience or more in sales, account management, business development, or customer service
- Passion for skincare, beauty, wellness, or cosmetic ingredients
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Experience in the cosmetic, spa, aesthetic, pharmaceutical, natural health, or ingredient industry is considered a strong asset
- Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
