🎯 THE ROLE

You sit on Silva Media's elite remote sales team. You take discovery calls, run demos, and close inbound leads — AND you self-generate pipeline when the calendar isn't full. This is a hybrid seat: closer + hunter, not pure inbound.

You report to Jimmy E. Silva (Sales Leader & Face of Brand) and roll up to Oz Gutierrez (Founder & Architect). You're in the morning sales huddles. You roleplay daily. You drop your ego at the door and you let the founders coach you directly.

Your first 30 days are a 100% commission-only trial — 10% of cash collected. The bar: maintain a ≥25% close rate on qualified demo calls. Hit it, you unlock a ~$1,000 USD/month base + 10% commission. Miss it, the seat goes to someone who can.
