Role Description This hybrid Sales Consultant and Risk Analyst role is based in Athens, with a mix of on-site work and the option for some work from home. The role involves advising prospective and existing customers on insurance products and solutions, assessing their needs, and recommending coverage options aligned with their financial goals and risk profiles. The Sales Consultant and Risk Analyst will analyze customer portfolios and market data to identify risks and opportunities, prepare proposals, and support the design of tailored insurance plans. Daily activities include managing customer relationships, responding to inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate policy issuance, and contributing to customer satisfaction through proactive follow-up and service.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales Consulting and Consulting skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and propose suitable insurance solutions.
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction focus, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality support and long-term relationship building.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex insurance and risk concepts clearly.
• Analytical mindset and basic risk analysis capabilities, including comfort with data, financial information, and market insights.
• Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or consulting roles will be considered an asset.
