The center’s mission is to help clients look good and feel confident through safe, discreet, and empathetic care. Clients are guided step-by-step through their hair restoration journey, with attention to comfort, privacy, and natural-looking results. The founders, Dr. Asi Peretz and Dr. Eric Peretz, are internationally trained hair restoration surgeons who specialize in modern FUE techniques and refined hairline design.

Role Description The Salesperson at TRICHOGENICS will engage prospective and existing clients, explain services and treatment options, and guide them through the consultation and booking process. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting in-person and virtual consultations, following up with leads, maintaining accurate client records, and coordinating with medical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth client experience. The role involves building long-term relationships, achieving sales targets, and supporting marketing initiatives such as events, campaigns, and referrals. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Glifádha, with a mix of on-site work at the clinic and some work from home for client follow-up, online consultations, and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles, ideally in healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and active listening skills, with the ability to explain medical services in clear, accessible language.
• Ability to build trust, demonstrate empathy, and maintain discretion when working with clients on appearance-sensitive topics.
• Comfort with digital tools and CRM systems for managing leads, tracking follow-ups, and documenting client interactions.
• Goal-oriented mindset with experience meeting or exceeding sales targets, and willingness to be accountable for performance metrics.
• Organizational and time-management skills to balance consultations, follow-ups, and administrative tasks in a hybrid work environment.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to the local client base are an advantage.
• Availability to work full-time, including occasional evenings or weekends based on client needs.
• Previous experience in hair restoration, dermatology, cosmetic surgery, or related fields is beneficial but not required.
