About this Position As a Sales Controlling Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting the commercial performance of the business by ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of key sales controlling processes. You will be part of a collaborative and international team that works closely with sales, finance, and business stakeholders across the organization. What you´ll do Calculate and process customer rebates while ensuring all related requirements are completed accurately and on time Support the execution and administration of third-party commission processes Maintain and update customer master data to ensure accuracy and data integrity Collaborate closely with regional controllers, sales teams, and other business functions to support operational and financial activities Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support using Sales Business Intelligence (BI) tools Assist the team in delivering annual projects, key deliverables, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Accounting, or a related field Minimum of two (2) years of relevant professional experience, preferably in accounting, finance, or a similar analytical role Good understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and business processes; Hands-on experience with customer rebates, commissions, financial analysis, accounting processes, or financial controls Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to identifying risks, engaging stakeholders, and delivering practical business solutions Intermediate to Advanced SAP and Excel skills (Power Pivot, VBA, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros); Experience using BI/reporting tools such as Sales BI and/or Power BI for reporting and analysis Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM to 12:00 AM), and report on a hybrid work set-up in Ayala Avenue, Makati Some perks of joining Henkel A thriving career with the Top 15 Best Workplaces in the Philippines by Great Place to Work and the Top GBS Employer in the Philippines by the Everest Group for 4 consecutive years!
