About SPG Specialty Benefits & SPG Ancillary Benefits, a division of Specialty Program Group and a wholly owned subsidiary of HUB International. About the Position:
This role gives SPG Producers a single, dedicated resource for sales enablement, prospect intelligence, and partnership support. It covers referrals sourced from Rippling, referrals Producers send to Rippling, traditional ancillary GA business, and cross-sell opportunities across SPG Ancillary Benefits, SPG Specialty Benefits, and other SPG divisions. It blends two functions: driving corporate and divisional sales initiatives and augmenting Producers in the overall execution of sales strategy, and vetting lead data and building a quality-driven lead strategy so Producers can focus on relationships and revenue. The ideal candidate has a general understanding of HCM platforms and ancillary products, is comfortable moving between content creation, data research, and event logistics in the same week, and treats Producer responsiveness as the measure of success.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Initiative Support
• Support and help drive corporate and divisional sales initiatives, augmenting Producers in the overall execution of sales strategy.
• Support cross-sell efforts across SPG Ancillary Benefits, SPG Specialty Benefits, and other SPG divisions, helping Producers identify and act on opportunities across the platform.
• Operate as an extension of Producers, including finalist meeting preparation, scheduling support, and summarizing discussions and next steps, in whichever lane the opportunity sits.
Reporting
• Maintain Producer-facing CRM records (Salesforce, Monday.com) and help drive accountability to ensure seamless integration with cross-functional teams to include tracking missing data requests for comprehensive and accurate data.
• Flag stalled, at-risk, or dead opportunities to Producers and leadership, and coordinate CRM updates as necessary.
• Distribute pipeline and in-force client reporting pulled from CRM sources for leadership and Producers.
• Keep HUB regional engagement status tracking current.
Lead & Prospect Intelligence
• Partner directly with Producers to vet lead data, investigate and consolidate lead information, and develop a quality-driven lead strategy together, so Producers can focus on building relationships and closing business.
• Run CORE checks and other diligence and eligibility steps to support Producer prospecting and qualification.
• Monitor and interpret intent data to flag prospect activity and surface timely opportunities for Producers.
• Research sales leads and competitive intelligence through online tools and resources, delivering analysis and reporting to sales and management.
Content, Campaigns & Partnership Support
• Maintain divisional sales tools that surface eligibility, pricing, and referral readiness for Producers.
• Build and maintain sales enablement collateral for Producers, including one-pagers (Prospect and Client versions), discovery cards, co-branded decks, and named producer toolkits as individual Producers ramp on a given channel.
• Support discovery calls and partner capability summaries as new referral or partnership opportunities are evaluated.
• Support email campaign execution, scheduling, and tracking in partnership with marketing.
Cross-Functional Support
• Coordinate event and meeting logistics for producer-driven events and carrier meetings.
• Run point on collaboration and communication between matrix partners on producer-facing initiatives.
• Build relationships with internal colleagues as well as broker and carrier partners.
• Support efforts to align and grow through producer coaching and collaboration.
• Adhere to clearly defined best practices and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and implement continuous improvement initiatives with strategic direction from leadership.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 1-5 years' experience in employee benefits, sales operations, or a related field
• Understands HCM and ancillary products (dental, vision, life, disability, and supplemental health)
• Comfortable working across CRM and sales enablement tools (Salesforce, Monday.com, and prospecting or intent-data platforms)
• Comfortable triaging a large set of data with acute attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong writing and design instincts; comfortable building polished collateral and decks without heavy creative direction
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with organizational change
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Effective communicator with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Self-starter who excels with minimal oversight or direction

Work Location: This position offers remote flexibility, working within your local time zone.
Salary Transparency: The expected salary range for this position is $70,000-$85,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
